Exhibitors, Crafters, Volunteers & More Wanted for Green Living Expo

Whether you are interested in exploring ways to live a more sustainable lifestyle, or your company offers products or services that help individuals, businesses, and organizations make sustainable choices, our Green Living Expo is the place to be to celebrate Earth Day this year. This great, green event is jam-packed with good, green fun and learning for all! With an amazing kid’s activity zone and food sales, you won’t want to miss this family-friendly event.

Arlington Campus of George Mason University, Founders Hall, 3351 Fairfax Drive, Arlington

  • Reuse Crafters Wanted
    We are seeking crafters who use discarded materials to develop new creations to showcase and sell their wares in the Reuse Craft Corridor. If this describes you, please apply by March 15th.
  • Speakers Wanted for Sustainability Talks
    Our new speaker’s stage in the main exhibit hall will feature 7-minute talks emphasizing the latest in sustainability. If you have a new sustainable project, success story, research project, or venture to share, apply for a speaker slot today!
  • Kid-Friendly Activity Providers Wanted
    Does your organization or business provide fun and engaging, kid-friendly services or programs that connect kids with nature, science, and healthy living? You may be a good fit for our Kid’s Activity Zone. Learn more and apply today.
  • Sponsors and Exhibitors Wanted
    Early-bird pricing ends today, Friday, February 28th. Our main exhibit hall still has some tables, single booths and double booths available. Apply soon to take advantage of discounted rates.
  • Volunteers Wanted
    It takes dozen of volunteers to create a successful Expo and we could use your help. If you are interested in Expo volunteers 2012volunteering at the Expo, please let us know. We will follow up in late March with more detailed information on how you can get involved.If your company, civic group, scout troop, or student club would like to volunteer at this event, please let us know. We are looking for volunteer teams to help with setup, the kid’s activity zone, and cleanup.Volunteers are also needed to join the planning committee to help with vendor solicitation and vetting, securing sponsorships and donations, organizing volunteers, and coordinating logistics. Meetings will take place on March 19, April 9 and April 23 at 6:30 p.m. at Founders Hall, 3351 Fairfax Drive, Arlington. Send us an email if you are interested.
