Environmental Presentations
Bring Climate & Sustainability Education to Your School, Workplace, or Community
EcoAction Arlington offers a wide range of engaging presentations on environmental topics designed to inspire and educate any community group, business, place of worship, school, or youth organization. Staff, volunteers, and EcoAmbassadors are ready to share our knowledge on various sustainability topics tailored to foster environmental stewardship and practical action within the community.
To request an environmental presentation for your group, please review the following requirements and then complete the presentation request form below.
After you have submitted a program request, a program team member will give you a call to discuss your interests. With enough lead time we can create a talk tailored for your organization.
Presentations Include:
School group k-8 presentations in Arlington
Our school and youth group presentations are engaging hands-on presentations designed to empower young environmental champions. Available for preschool to 8th-grade students in Arlington, these presentations encourage active participation in sustaining our planet. A cleanup service project may be added weather permitting. School group presentations are available September through April. In May – June we will offer programs through the Senior Experience.

- Watersheds & Storm Drains
- Papermaking & Trees
- Energy & Climate Change
Organizations, youth groups, church and civic groups, libraries, government, other non-profit groups
Stormwater – available in Arlington.
Presentations are conducted either indoor or outdoor on-site or through Zoom or a similar virtual meeting platform. The host organization is responsible for providing the meeting facility and video access (when needed) and equipment.
This service is offered to organizations and residents for free. Donations are strongly encouraged; funds cover program materials and supplies and will be used to support our public education and outreach programs to children and adults.

Please allow at least 2 months advance notice, particularly if a specialized presentation will need to be prepared. We will make our best effort to find a speaker for your request but cannot guarantee that one of our volunteers will be available.
