Drop in for a discussion and community letter-writing party to share your thoughts with the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) about the proposed Dominion Energy–NextEra Energy merger. The SCC is reviewing the proposed $67 billion acquisition of Dominion Energy by NextEra Energy. Virginia residents have an opportunity to submit written comments directly to the Commission.
